Sai Dham Group is looking for a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Engineer to oversee construction activities, ensure quality standards, and manage site operations efficiently. The candidate will coordinate with contractors, architects, and project managers to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
• Monitor work progress and ensure project timelines are achieved.
• Ensure construction work complies with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers.
• Maintain quality control and safety standards at the site.
• Prepare site reports, progress reports, and daily work records.
• Inspect materials received at the site and verify quality.
• Resolve technical issues arising during construction.
• Monitor labor productivity and resource utilization.

• B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in residential or commercial construction projects.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and construction drawings.
• Understanding of construction materials and site execution processes.
